We also benefit from the use of certain technological advances, for which we will always keep a close eye, in order to achieve all our objectives.

Kubaho and its partners want to enable people to practise their profession under the best possible working conditions. We want to offer more jobs and ensure that training is of exceptional quality.

Aspiration to a more global vision, we focus on intergenerational interaction. Putting old knowledge in perspective with new knowledge is, in our opinion, the best method to guarantee excellent performance. Because, indeed, opportunities grow when we optimize the sharing of knowledge and experience.

All our projects also aim to make a positive impact on people’s lives, especially for people from the most disadvantaged classes. It is our great conviction that by helping each other and showing solidarity, we will all rise up together. We will therefore invest in a new form of management that equitably values the role played by all stakeholders in the functioning of our company.

Inherent in Rwandan culture and tradition, the protection of the natural environment is obvious in one of the first countries to renounce the use of plastic bags. We are thus continuing on a path that has already been well embarked upon by Rwanda and its people.

Our company is also aware of the climate urgency and the need to focus on sustainable development, in order to safeguard not only social and environmental well-being.

Kubaho is implementing new operations within its business. By optimizing the management of the energy we consume, treating our waste intelligently and relying on renewable energy, we are drastically reducing our carbon footprint. Far from being a constraint, the green transition is a real opportunity that will allow us to stimulate creativity and offer new alternatives, thus benefiting the creation of better jobs and the emergence of promising businesses.
